5 Things You Must Know Before Hiring A Ghostwriter
Time is money. If you’re a busy internet marketer then you can’t afford to waste your valuable time creating original content. That’s were a quality ghostwriting services comes in. The trouble is… there are so many content providers out there, it’s hard to know where to start.

It’s far better to pay a little extra for real writing, that gets real results. Quality content can help increase your Click Thru Rates, improve subscriber numbers, boost sales and will keep your visitors coming back time and time again. What serious marketer doesn’t want that?
2) Native English speakers…
Non-English speaking writers will always be cheaper, but you never know what you’re going to get. Be prepared for terrible grammar and poor spelling. A very basic grasp of the English language just isn’t enough to write great compelling content. Remember… your content isn’t just for Google. People will be reading it too.
3) Research is integral…
Great ghostwriters will always be the best researchers. If you want your content to be original and informed, you’re going to need someone with great research abilities. Many ghostwriters will promise you the earth, but never deliver the goods. Some writers take on too much work at once, and find they just can’t cope. This not only compromises the quality of their work, but it also means they’ll miss important deadlines. How to tone thighs – The real do’s and don’ts
Most women have an area of their body that they’d love to change. It’s usually either their butt, belly, but most often it’s the thighs. Losing thigh weight and toning your thighs can be one of the most difficult areas for a woman to target. This is an area of the body that stores excess fat, and toning or reducing just your thighs alone can sometimes seem impossible. Dieting… Dieting is a great way to lose weight, but it’s impossible to target a specific area with a simple weight loss diet. Most women end up losing weight in other areas like their stomachs, hips and breasts, before they lose any thigh weight. Combining a low fat diet with a total body work out is a very effective way to see quick results that will last.
Exercising… Lifting weights will help to promote weight loss and the addition of cardio based exercises will help tone your body quickly. At most good gyms there are a number of machines that will target the inner and outer thigh muscles. These machines are great for toning your legs, but if you lift too much weight too often, you can end up building your leg muscles instead of toning or slimming them. Speak to the staff at your local gym about your workout, and they may be able to help you achieve the perfect balance. You don’t want to end up with even bigger thighs do you?
Hypoxi… A very effective but highly expensive way to target thigh weight is to start a Hypoxi course. Each session lasts around 30 minutes and will target the lower half of the body, mainly the butt, the hips and the thighs. Hypoxi uses a new vacuum based low impact exercise that targets problem areas, and helps reduce cellulite at the same time. Although this treatment can be very expensive, it’s highly effective and you can on average, expect to drop two dress sizes after just 12 sessions.
Motivation… Hypoxi sessions, personal trainers and gym memberships may help to keep you motivated, but they can all be extremely expensive. Affording all of these pricey luxuries may seem impossible at the moment, and going it alone is sometimes the only option. You may find it hard to stay motivated at first, but as soon as you find a routine and you start to see real results, you’ll realise working alone can be just as affective as the costly alternatives. There are a number of inexpensive products, and resources available on-line that can teach you how to tone thighs without having to spend an arm and a leg.
Learn French Fast And For Free – How To Do It Right Now
There are many different ways you can learn French fast and for free. Some of my tips and tricks will help you learn French without spending a single penny. These tried and tested techniques will have you speaking French fast and for free in no time at all…
Start by using the internet. Use your search engine (Google is fine to use) and look for some French websites. It may sound crazy but try to read the French text. French and English have so many similarities; you will be surprised at how easy it is to understand the French words. If you get stuck (which you will at first) use the Google language tool bar. This is a great tool which converts any French word into English at the touch of a button. This will not only improve your vocabulary, but at the same time it will help you grasp French grammar.
Visit your local library. They are bound to have plenty of books on French tuition. You can borrow these books again and again – for free! But make sure you take them back on time, or you could face some hefty library fines. Libraries offer a lot more than books these days, so make sure you check out the Audio and DVD sections, as I am sure you’ll find some French tuition gems there too.
Why not join a French class? You will easily be able to find information on the internet, at your local bookstore/coffee house, or at the library on French courses or foreign language groups. Theses groups are mostly free to join and they’re a great way to meet people, and make new friends. Learning in a group atmosphere can be a very rewarding experience, and will allow you to practice your French conversation skills for real.
Rent some French movies with English subtitles from the library. For those more confident French speakers – you should watch without subtitles, and try to follow the story. Those who feel they need a little more guidance should watch with the subtitles on. This tip will not only develop your vocabulary, but it will also improve your pronunciation. You could even try watching some of your own DVDs with the French subtitles on!
Lose your Beer Belly – How I did it

Like you I had a big fat beer belly and hated it. My beer belly hung over my waist band, I had love handles, and from the side I looked pregnant. It wasn’t until I saw a picture of myself with my shirt off, that I saw just how big my belly really was. I wasn’t getting any younger, and the longer I left it, the harder it’d be to get rid of my beer belly. I was embarrassed by my fat gut and knew it was time to stop bitching and moaning, and finally do something about it.
I’ve always hated diets, but my wife decided to help by putting me on the cabbage soup diet for 2-weeks. Oh my god… I hated every second of it. I hated the soup, I farted all the time and although I did lose some weight, I put it all back on within a month. Exercising was an even bigger waist of time. I spent hours doing stomach exercises, crunches and sit ups, but I still didn’t lose my beer belly, or any weight around my stomach.
I was so fed up, but I just couldn’t find anything that really worked. I was pretty much resigned to the fact that I’d have this big fat beer belly for the rest of my life, and there was nothing I could ever do about it.
And then… I found a program that had genuine before and after pictures of guys just like me, who went from flabby bellies, to rock hard six packs in a matter of weeks. I’d seen so many weight loss and exercise scams in the past that I was very sceptical at first. But, the more I read, the more I was convinced that this was what I’d been looking for all along.
Within weeks I’d shed nearly 20lbs and almost completely lost my beer belly. AND in just under three months my beer belly had been replaced with a firm flat stomach.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news… you could do a million sit ups, but you’d never be able to see your abs, because of all the beer belly fat sitting on top.

At first I found it a little overwhelming, but once I read it all, I had a really good understanding of how I could lose my beer belly in the quickest time possible. Remember… In order for this program to work for you too, you’ve got to want to lose your beer belly, and be committed to the program.
